We were requested to make a tanto shaped custom knife that would be used in all grip positions but mainly in RGEI (reserve grip edge in) Pakal.
After a few days playing with the idea we started to make prototypes until we found the final design complying with the all the requirements:
The result is a lightweight tanto shaped knife with a comfortable skeletonized handle that is safe in all grip positions and that if required can easilly be cord wrapped by the end user.
The tanto blade has a stong penetrating tip and a smooth hawkbill section for enhaced tearing capabilities.
